  1. Truly Motivational! This is a very well written book that focuses on mindfulness and its powerful effect towards achieving anything in life. Mindfulness in this book is described as the driving force towards keeping your inner self in line with everything that you encounter on a daily basis and by bringing mindfulness into your daily life you’re never lose momentum. Excellent book!

  2. Great motivation. We all may have high achievable goals. But, since there is no motivation for action, we remain permanently in the laziness. Motivation is the fuel that drives you towards your goals. It comes from desire, and from a vision of your ideal future. It is the emotional energy that pushes you along your journey to actualizing your dreams. Each words in the book can push you to your goals. Stick to reading the book and try to practice ideas in life and achieve your goals.

  3. THIS BOOK IS MUCH MORE THAN A BOOK ENCOURAGING YOU TO SIT AWKWARDLY AND HUM To be honest, when I opened this book I was prepared to be bored. Let’s be real, they’re tons of ‘mindfulness’ books and they might have a pretty cover but inside they are snoozers with pie-in-the sky fluffy ideas that us non-meditation types struggle with.
