  1. Not the typical “rah rah” fitness challenge, IT’S BETTER! This book doesn’t just give you information and expect you to know what to do right out of the gates. You’re guided through each day, and best of all the excuses you formulate in your head are addressed directly.Excellent for beginners and would highly recommend for “seasoned” athletes. This book serves as a gut check and mental coach to stay on track!
