Not great. Repeat ideas, poor grammar. Less a book and more a list of 92 points, some of which are redundant. Not worth having, even for free.
A nice pep talk… But if you are looking for something in-depth, this is not what you are looking for. This book got a bit repetitive, almost as if they were stretching to reach the magic number of 92. A lot was basic cognitive therapy regarding self-talk which is not a bad thing, but you wonder if someone that needed to be told things that basic might not benefit substantially more from therapy itself.The font was large and very legible, the individual tips on no more than a page and a half of large type making it a quick and easy read. There did not appear to be any major flaws in the proofreading which contributed to both the readability and credibility of the book. There was no advice that was inherently wrong or inappropriate.If what you need is a brush-up or a pep talk, this is an excellent book. Some useful advice, but mostly full of truisms Maybe I was looking for something other than what this book was intending, but it seems like most of the “tips” in this book are just common sense truisms that you can read off any motivational poster. Although there are some good tips (e.g., make a conscious effort to look people in the eyes) most of them are more along the lines of “You have to take risks to improve!” or “make a commitment to work toward your goals”. I was hoping for something a bit more practical and with some concrete steps and exercises that I could challenge myself with.
