  1. Simple Yet Powerful Must Read for Women Corinna Bowers has created a gold mine in this book! I have spent over a decade of intensive healing work on my self-esteem. When I read this book I was AMAZED at how affirming it is of all that I have learned to be true regarding moving to a place of feeling good about one’s own Self.Ms. Bowers has put together a book that oozes positivity. What I like most about this book is that it is simple. The bottom line is that this books has TRUTH in it. You WILL move to a feel-good place regarding you if you use these activities but there are no complicated laws, techniques or theories to learn.Just read and apply! I will DEFINITELY recommend this book to women in general, but especially for those in need of affirming their self-worth.Buy the book…work the processes.   2. You deserve this book! I purchased this book weeks ago, and have read it cover to cover twice. I have also kept it on my night stand, lent it to two people, and recommended it to others. My only gripe about the book, is it’s title. It should be renamed, “Handbook for self-expression” or “Impluse buy for return on life investment” or “Got Stress, we got answers”It is an convenient outline of instruction for life’s everyday issues. It is a gentle reminder of how to stay on track with your goals, your lifestyle, or well-being. I was pleasantly surprised by the easy read, and I am continually supported by the ease of use and practicality.If you find yourself craving a support system, if you have any stressors in your life, if time is of value to you, or if you know anyone with an obstacle to overcome; I highly recommend this book.

  3. Amazing Book About Changing How You Look at Yourself!!! I read this book in an hour!! I love every exercise, how the book is broken up into helpful sections and the 50 affirmations at the end. Corinna definitely knows what she is talking about when it comes to giving women the tools they need to gain more confidence and positive self esteem. I will be recommending this book to all my girlfriends!
