my most favorite journal. This is, by far, my most favorite journal.. Not all of us are able to share or talk about the things that trouble us, but this book gives me an outlet. I am able to pick the affirmation I am needing to hear that day, along with enough journal space to be able to work through what I am feeling. 1 of a kind awesome journal/colouring book for adults This book is 1 of a kind! Totally different then any other adult colouring book out there so far that I have seen. It is truly inspirational! It has beautiful art of each page to colour in both black background and in white background. It also has 3 pages after each picture to write your thoughts down too that go with the page you just coloured. Very enjoyable book and more then worth the cost!
