In her new book, “Forgiveness is the Home of Miracles,” Robyn Busfield shares her personal journey through the Workbook lessons of “A Course in Miracles.” Robyn’s book offers clarity and insight for those students who are about to embark on the 365 Workbook lessons, or for students who have already embarked on the lessons and having difficulty in completing them. It can also offer hope and encouragement for those who have not picked up “A Course in Miracles” yet hold an interest in the road to spiritual enlightenment.
Loved it Robyn does a great job of reminding us who we are.I read ACIM many years ago & still refer to it today. The idea that resonated most for me within The Course is that no one goes home alone.I will never forget how I felt when I understood that – comforted & relieved. But it brings great responsibility because it also means we can’t go home alone – we only go together. Thanks Robyn for your wonderfully open & vulnerable approach. I found it a gentle lesson in how to reconnect with myself & others. Through forgiveness we can begin the journey home.By using her personal journey Robyn shows us that the way itself may not be gentle. That’s ok; as we deal with our ego the ride may be anything but gentle, but the effort is worth it.Robyn’s insights provide the support we need to be brave enough to make the effort.Forgiveness is the Home of Miracles is a wonderful companion book to The Course.
A Wonderfully Inspiring and Insightful Read!! I thoroughly enjoyed this book! It clearly described and demonstrated many of ACIM principles and their application in daily life. This book is a wonderful and practical prelude to study of ACIM and doing the workbook lessons. It is like having a friend or older brother/sister who’s been down that road before, sharing their helpful suggestions, insights, and personal experience. Was good to hear her everyday challenges which I could relate to and her demonstration of a gentle process for meeting them. I appreciate the excerpts from ACIM workbook lessons, text, and manual and Robyn’s experience with them in her everyday life. Her humanness, personality, and humor come through and are easy to relate to. Overall, I found it to be a helpful demonstration of ACIM principles in action. I am a Course student and have been through the workbook once before. I received new insights and clarity and have started the lessons once again with renewed commitment and inspiration! Thank you Robyn!!
