Running Journal Recieved the Galloway running journal promptly and in excellent condition. I appreciate that the training plans are included and also time estimates. There is just enough room for each day to record my runs and a few notes about it. very pleased.
Old School Diary for Tracking Progress “old School” type entry “write it down”. I have all types of apps that capture lots of info about my running but this allows me to write and recall what I have written. Very useful. Helpful hints although I would say you should probably buy Galloway’s books if you really want to train under the Galloway method.
Not appropriate for Kindle! Although this journal looks really great for someone who can receive the paper product, it is definitely NOT appropriate to sell as a Kindle item! I live overseas, so shipping would cost more than the book. I tried to evaluate the book before buying it online for Kindle, yet only a couple of pages were available. Taking a leap of faith — and believing that Amazon would not sell a journal that would not be usable — I bought it. I wish I had spent the money on a plain notebook, because I can’t…
