  1. The title of this book is very interesting. It catches your attention right away! I was expecting it to be an exercise plan for lazy people. It’s sort of like that but it’s mostly not directed to the physical but the mental (better yet motivational).I absolutely agree with the author when he wrote that most people have “be fit and stay healthy” as the top priority on their new year’s resolution list. I also agree with the author that the main reason why people just stop and revert back to their old unhealthy habits is because of the lack of motivation.If you think about it, motivation is the main reason why people succeed. It could be synonymous to determination! Read this book if you’ve lost this passion (for staying healthy). It’s time to get your motivation back and SUSTAIN it using this book.
